Have you ever awoken in the middle of the night with a strong desire to tell Robert Pattinson about your dream? Or maybe you were caught doodling his name all over your Biology test and got a 2 week detention (and think it was so worth it). Perhaps you haven’t been able to work since you first saw him in the movie about the vampires (or the one with the wizards) and you’re on the brink of being fired.
If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place. You are in dire need of an outlet for your obsession (although we prefer to call it acute fondness) and we are here to provide it for you.

I could cry, I’m so happy I found this site. It can’t be normal to have such intense feelings for a complete stranger, who’s um..a little younger than I am , and anyway I’m happily married and..wait! You mean there are other people who are also have this , um..acute fondness for Rob?? Ooooh..now I don’t have keep it to myself anymore. Wow, that felt good.

Oh Rob,
Having shared the obsession with the books and all things Twilight related especially you, I watched the film for the first time last weekend.
Have to say I wasn’t overly impressed with it, in fact some of the flashbacks to the early 20th century done like old fashioned film reels made me laugh. Edward and family curling their moustaches like old fashioned Stan Stennets or something.
Also don’t like the way they messed around with the story somewhat and don’t think it added anything.
Kristen is obviously a great actress, but maybe a bit too grungey rock chick for Bella. Carlisle was hilarious, I think his hair out-acted him though, and the rest of the family were less god-like creatures whose beauty could have made humans walking willingly into their clutches and more like the Brady bunch on PSP.
Funniest of all were the werewolves in the making who were nearly shorter than Kristen. How they are going to look seven feet tall in the next film is beyond me as the special effects were distinctly dodgy….sorry Summit Entertainment, but I hope your next director makes a film for real rather than a little pastiche.
You are undoubtedly a good actor in the making as well and it must pain you I think to be so famous for this.
Sorry I still love you and the books and will follow the films to see if they get better but it just didn’t live up to my admittedly probably impossible expectations….

Yes! I thought parts of the movie were goofy too. I completely agree with Kristin being too punk for the part. I started laughing right in the beginning when they’re in Phoenix and she’s wearing two shirts with one of them being long-sleeved. WTH? Phoenix is hotter than Hades.
I didn’t like the director at all – she comes across as ditz. Has anyone watch the movie with the commentaries? Can the director (I keep forgetting her names) kiss Kristin’s a$$ anymore?
Anyhow, I thought the movie could have been a lot better but then again the books are always better than the movie. Regardless, Rob makes it all worthwhile. I can’t wait ’till Little Ashes and How To Be come out on video :o)

If I was posting a blog and had to create a title it would be “”Living a balanced Twi-life or creating life.”
I wrote to yall a while back in response to your post about living a balanced life. At that time, I had just read the saga and watched the movie. I quickly became obsessed, like so many. I asked how long this would last and UC said for a while but to take baby steps during the process. Well, one of yalls recommendations was more sex, which was already happening because, like I said, I was obsessed and having more sex was a benefit my husband didn’t mind at all.
Well, yesterday I found out I was pregnant! I am so incredibly excited as my husband and I had been trying for a long time. But that isn’t exactly why I am writing.
I told my husband last night the big news. He was overfilled with joy! About 30 minutes later, he giggled and said “WOW! You have your own Twilight baby now!” I almost choked! I hadn’t thought of that. Then he said, “If it is a boy are we naming it Edward or Rob” That was just too much and thought I would pee in my pants from laughing so hard.
Thought yall would enjoy the funny story! Who would have thought, my own Twilight baby!

As sexified as I find Robert, I don’t personally know him, and i think it’s silly to think you do just by watching/reading his interviews. Does it give a bit of insight? Sure. But He really is just a normal guy. If he hadn’t been in Twilight or Harry Potter, He would still be anonymous. Acting is another profession, not a Godly service that illicits love, devotion and obsession because of a character he plays.
Then again, I’m not too big into worshipping God himself, either.

hi i think rob pattinson is a talented musician as well as an actor he has that kind of charisma that pulls people to him even though he is quite shy i know how he fills it has to be so overwhelming to one day go from not being stalked to being pursued lol i can’t imagine how that would fill not to have any privacy to yourself well i mean if u love what u do go for it u should always follow your dreams no matter what or where they lead u but still to not always get time alone without people in your face writing lies about who u are and what u did has to be fustrating so good luck rob if u ever want a friend to listen or just to vent on i am a great listener or at least i have been told that bye hun

Dear Moon and UC,
This isn’t really a fan letter so much as it is a letter to you guys. I have to admit, I’ve been following your blog for about a month or so (and really wish I could remember how it happened) and I find you hilarious. Though the both of you are quite obviously several years my senior (I will be leaving minor status behind in October), you remind me very strongly of my best friend and myself (which is saying something, we’re really weird.).
Anyway, I was writing you for a specific reason. I wasn’t very fond of the Twilight movie, and I make no effeort to hide it. So one night when I was probably half asleep or particularly pissed off about something Kristen said/did, I decided that I wanted to refilm the movie to the best of my abilities. And I was sort of wondering if you would be so kind as to advertise this to your readers. I have done this on my blog, but alas, I have one faithful reader, and that happens to be my aforementioned best friend.
I know it’s a crazy thing to aspire to (my very close friend said I was insane right before I asked her to play Angela) and I realize that this request is also slightly essentric, but a girl’s gotta try, right?
So thanks for taking the time to read! I love your blog and hope to encounter many more hilarious exloits and letters soon.

Yes i am a mom and yes i love edwrd cullen, also known as robert, i realize it is a fictional character but its the love story i fell in love with, every women deserves to have an edward inthere life and in real life i trust that robert is just as thoughtfull and romantic, i truly love the books and can twait for the new moon to come out, i read bellas diary every day and i think its amazing, keep up the good work and if by cvhance that robert patison every reads these notes from all his fans maybe someday i woulod be considered very lucky to have a response from him, i think you are truly a great actor who will go very far in life and have the potential of becoming an amazing actor, you seem to bring life to whatever role you play..carry on and keep smiling

Okay, Rob, I’ve given it a lot of thought (5 minutes or so) and there are a lot of questions no one is asking in these interviews. Enquiring minds want to know things like;
1. How many girls you’ve done the nasty with, and how many of them more than once?
2. Why doesn’t Kristen’s dad cut that ridiculous hair?
3. When you are obliging fans with a hug and a pose for their cell phone cameras what are you really thinking? ( I envision something like, “If I have to smell Juicy Couture one more time, I’m going to puke!”)
4. Are you, like, a hero among your buds since now they all get laid because of the connection?
5. Who is better in the sack, Kristen, Nikki, or Kendra? (no, Sam is NOT on the list)
6. Do you still have those red briefs from that photo shoot and would you wear them for me in a private session, or at least lend them to me for a few weeks?
7. Is it true that you slept with Megan Fox and then snuck out in the night, forcing her back into the arms of her gansta-wannabe boyfriend to save face?
8. What is your cell phone number and what is the best time to reach you?
9. Can you tell us what some of the dumbest questions you’ve been ask are? (Don’t say numbers 4 and 6 from above, either).
10. Last, but not least, if you hadn’t scored the Edward role in the Twilight series, would you be working at a fish-n-chips stand in Soho and singing at the pub every weekend, in relative obscurity, but content?

we check our gmail all the time, but sometimes it takes us a week or two to respond. We can’t post every letter, but we try! Sometimes it takes months for letters to be posted- sometimes just days.. depends on what we’re posting about!

Anyway, Your awesome and i know you could get really miffed with all these strangers claiming their love to you, im not going to do that. You and the Cast of Twilight Should be very proud of yourselves for this tremendous achievement and the effect it has had upon girls (and boys) all over the planet. I mean, dude im 12 (but very mature) and i was moved lol ( this sound REALLY weird and i am NOT a kiss ass) But Im On The Fourth Book ( Breaking Dawn) and i love the way it is set out from were it switched from Bella to Jacob’s point of veiw. It gets more and more addictive with every single page i turn. I am going to finish all four books in less than a month.I Was wondering, i keep hearing about another book that Stephenie is writing , something about a sun? Heck, i dont know But being this curious english girl i have to know, is it related to The Twilight series or is it a seperate book compleatly or is it continuing?

In my evening freebie London newspaper last night they had a picture of Rob with his shirt off in New Moon and they suggested his six pack was enhanced my the aid of some clever cosmetic shading. How dare they mock our future husband?
I think actually that there was a little shading involved but so what? Rob is fantastic if not actually a super buff vampire and this fact if anything endears him to me more – ie his physical perfection is not quite so perfect after all (don’t hate me for saying!). I’m sure he feels absolutely ridiculous playing this part sometimes because of the way Edward is described as an absolute god and because he has to pout and pose and put himself up there for ridicule by the fickle press. But he does it all the same, for the money sure, but also so as not to let the millions of Twilight fans down.

Im really going crazy. I cant sleep with out a) dreaming Im bella, or b)dreaming of vampires.
I am so in love with edwards character. I long for the love that they share, and am actually really depressed with my own love life. and I have a great fiance who is the father of my 2 children!!! I have NEVER obsessed over a character like this before. I cant wait for the next movie to come out, and am hearing that Stephanie is writing another book!!!!!!! I would loooove to meet Robert during one of their shoots (hopefully they shoot somewhere in Ontario)…anyway, I just need some advise on a more “healthy” way to ease my obsession..Thanks

I found my home! I swear you ladies channel my humor filled thoughts that rarely get to see the light of day. My son laughs when he sees me reading interviews, viewing pics, watching videos online, etc. (my son is 20, I’m 40 – the shame of it – to find a 23 year old so endearing and uhm… appealingly attractive – oh well we all need our distractions RIGHT?) My 17 year old daughter just shakes her head as she walks past my computer. I catch myself switching to a different screen now so they can’t see what I’m doing – like passing a note in high school afraid of the teacher finding out. Shame, shame…no it’s ok. Right? Hey girls I kinda agree that all the hot talented actors need fans but some things stretch the boundaries. Can you imagine what some of the comments some people post, stories they write etc (not necessarily on this site) would do to these people psychologically.
You do realize he is only human? Right?
