Dear Rob-
Thank you for turning two relatively sane gals into two squealing, hyperventilating, cell phone clutching, couch jumping, HD TV humping fangirls.
Last night during the Oscars UC and I released the repressed 12yr old fangirls inside of us. At the mere 2 second glimpse of you as you first stepped on to the red carpet I knew my sanity was gone. I was madly dialing UC’s celly who was on her way to her Oscar party and screaming into the phone HE’S WAS ON! OMG HE WAS ON! And she in turn flipped out and made her hubs drive faster so she could make it in time for the red carpet interviews. Ryan Secrest was interviewing Amanda Seyfried and I dial up UC again who had just arrived to their party and i start yelling again HE’S BEHIND AMANDA!! ON THE LEFT!! HE’S NEXT!! And UC is going crazy yelling for them to turn on E! and then FINALLY, you were up and we lost it. Like little girls. We’re talking Beatles era flipping out.
Edward hair is back in full effect!
Now, I’m not saying I’m proud of it but it was genuine and it was real. We were freaking ECSTATIC to see you and you did NOT disappoint.
It didn’t matter that I yelled at my Oscar party crew to rewind your portions so that I could hear and I didn’t mind that every time you were on the screen someone yelled “ROB!” But I DID mind when my brother called you BOB! Ugh. We made a promise here to never call you BOB but apparently not everyone lives by our code of Rob standards. Even family.
So when all was said and done you were fan-damn-tastic and I’m SO glad Mr. Oscar called you up to see if you’d help present even though I did revert to an NKOTB/NSYNC fan because of it. They say the Oscars ratings were up this year and I can’t help but say, COINCIDENCE? I think not!
And now it’s the day after and you’ve already gone and left me here. It’s gray and it’s starting to rain in LA today. Again, COINCIDENCE? I think not! Even LA understands it’s missing a little piece of sunshine!

On Extra last night Rob commented on how Hugh Jackman can dance and told Mario he didn’t have a date, that he couldn’t find one. Mario said “Not even for the Oscars?!” and Rob scrunched his face up so cute and said “I know…” Oh honey, I would have gone, all ya had to do was ask. 😉

Look at how cute he looks after getting off a long flight. I wish I looked that good after a long flight. LOL! I looked like death warmed over after getting off a flight when I went to Australia. I can’t even imagine what that must be like for him, all this traveling. Going from the UK to the US and then to Japan all in one week. I would be a raging jet lagged beeahch! @Amber – I had NKOTB pics all over my walls and Joey was my favorite, too! This Robsession is a little reminiscent. The one HUGE exception is that I don’t think my hubby would like it much if I changed the decor in our bedroom to Rob wallpaper. Kinda put a damper on growing our family, if ya know what I mean. We need to make a deal ladies: if EVER we get a group of adult women in the same place as Rob, we will NOT scream at him, but rather be almost frighteningly quiet. I was so annoyed at that clip of poor Rob on the Red Carpet trying to do that bit with the microphone saying “This is Hollywood”, and he couldn’t do it because of all the ear-piercing shrieking behind him. He must be SOOOOOOOOO SICK of that.
Anywhoo, I was looking on Youtube for the clip of Rob on extra, and came across this one that I’d seen before, but its SO WORTH WATCHING.

I’m Kristin, I’m a stay at home mom to Sydney 7 and Ava 3…I am 25, been married for 6.5 years (had a kid at 18, married at 19) to my perfect Edward/Jacob combination. I am officially obsessed with Rob. I spend WAY too much of my daughters nap time looking at him when I should be getting other things done. I suppose that is why I have about 10 loads of laundry waiting to be folded…at some point this afternoon I need to do that and make my way to the gym. Gotta get in shape incase Rob ever decides to come to Omaha! LOL!

I’m 28 (Ha! I actually typed that an believed it for a second! SAD!) I’m actually 30. Oi. I have 2 kids. Eva (pronounced Ava) who’s 2 and Sullivan (Sully) who’s 11 months. I should be folding laundry, doing dishes, sweeping….ANYTHING BUT THIS!!!!
@Vogue – I hadn’t seen that video yet. It was soooo great. I loved the part where he talked about how the moms should feel dirty about thinking about him. So funny! And I did have a huge sh*teating grin on my face the entire time. Thanks for that.

This stuffs addicting! And its nice to have a little group to let the twilight craziness out in…
I’m 23, exactly one year older than Rob (I totally freaked when I saw we had the same bday). No kids but tons of pets… 2 Guinea pigs, lots of fish, a dog and a horse. And my roommate has 2 dogs as well. I’m a senior in college majoring in psychology/animal behavior. I think thats partially what sucked me in- I love analyzing their behavior in their interviews because they have very interesting reactions to their fame.
